Brow lamination.

A perm for your brows. Lamination softens and resets the hairs so they can be brushed up and into shape, giving a fuller, fluffier, more uniform brow that stays put for weeks.

What it is

How it works.

Lamination uses two gentle solutions. The first relaxes the bond inside each brow hair so it can be redirected; the hairs are then brushed into the shape you want (usually up and over) and the second solution sets them there. A nourishing treatment finishes the service. The result is a groomed, feathered brow every morning, with no gel. It's especially good for unruly, downward-growing or gappy brows, because redirecting the hairs covers more skin.

Good for

  • Unruly or downward-growing brow hairs
  • Gappy or uneven brows that need coverage
  • A full, feathered, editorial look
  • Anyone who spends time every morning taming brows
  • Pairing with a tint for definition

Offered at both studios: Harrisburg Pike and Park City Center. By appointment: send a request and we'll call or text to confirm, or call 717-433-7774.

Your visit

What to expect.

  1. 1

    Consult

We look at your growth pattern and agree on a direction and shape.

  2. 2

    Lift

The first solution is applied and the hairs are brushed into place and left to process.

  3. 3

    Set

The neutralizing solution locks the new shape; then a conditioning treatment is applied.

  4. 4

    Shape

Stray hairs are threaded or trimmed so the finished brow is clean. Tint can be added at this point.

Before your visit

  • Arrive with clean brows and no brow products
  • Avoid retinol, acids and exfoliants on the brow area for two days before
  • Let us know if the skin around the brows is sunburned, broken or recently treated; we may need to reschedule

Afterward

  • Keep the brows completely dry for 24 hours: no water, steam, sweat or makeup
  • After that, brush them up each morning and use the brow oil or conditioner we recommend
  • Book your next lamination no sooner than six weeks out to keep the hairs healthy

Good to know

Questions we hear most.

Anything else, call or text us at 717-433-7774.

Will it damage my brows?

Not when it's done at the right strength and timing for your hair and spaced at least six weeks apart. The conditioning step and daily brow oil keep the hairs soft.

Can I laminate very sparse brows?

Lamination works with the hair you have, so a very sparse brow may be better served by a tint or by threading a cleaner shape. We'll tell you at the consult.

How long does it last?

Six to eight weeks, fading gradually as the brows grow out.
